The abrasion resistance and water repellency of EXTREME Black FabPatch™ patches make them particularly suitable for repairing textiles subject to heavy wear. Use these rub-on textile patches to extend the life of items like the knees of trousers, work gloves, shoes, tents and bags.

Materials

The textile material of the FabPatch Extreme patches is water-repellent and abrasion-resistant polyamide-elastane. It stretches just a bit. The material is at it's best in rough use, both in everyday life and leisure.

Setting and fastening

Although using the patches is really easy anywhere and anytime, remember a few points:

  1. Always remove the patch from the fabric side to about halfway’ (It makes me feel bad to flap from the back side)
  2. Place the exposed surface on the repair site without touching the adhesive surface and slide the backing paper off.
  3. If the hole is large. place another Patch or a small piece of cloth on t he other side. You can pinch the small hole closed.
  4. Attach by rubbing with a spoon or fingernail for 1-2 minutes.

Washing instructions

Wash to a maximum temperature of 40 degrees but please no bleach, fabric softeners, vinegar or bile soap in the wash. Let it set for at least 3 days before the first washing or wetting. FabPatch can be tumble dried and ironed.

Wait 3 days before washing

Do not wash the patched garment within three days of application as the repair patch needs time for the glue to set.
